30-Day Ring Resizing

  • Efficient Resizing: Our resizing service is swift, typically completed within 2 to 7 business days.
  • Note: Eternity rings are excluded from this offer.

30-Day Flexible Return Policy

  • Adaptable to Your Needs: We offer a generous 30-day return period with no questions asked, understanding that your preferences may evolve.

90-Day Comprehensive Warranty

  • Assurance of Quality: Our 90-day warranty covers defects, with our skilled artisans ready to repair or replace your item during this period.
  • Warranty Exclusions:
    • Loss of stones above 0.12 carat.
    • Normal wear and tear or user-inflicted cosmetic damages.
    • Damage due to misuse, accidents, water exposure, or alterations by the customer.

Guidelines for Resizing, Returns, and Warranty Claims

  • Condition for Return/Warranty: Items must be in their original, pristine condition, accompanied by all packaging and certificates. A $200.00 fee per missing certificate is strictly enforced.
  • Processing Period: Returns are processed diligently within 3-5 business days of receipt.  Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your card statement.

Shipping Policies

  • Customer's Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping for resizing, returns, and warranty claims.  Original shipping charges are not refunded.
  • Insurance Requirement: All returns should be fully insured for their retail value. Zavaldi.com is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
  • Carrier Guidelines:
    • Shipments under $500 in retail value: Any carrier is acceptable.
    • Shipments over $500 in retail value: USPS Registered Mail is recommended, as UPS/FedEx do not insure merchandise over $500 in value.

Important Notes:

  • Zavaldi.com is not responsible for items lost or improperly returned.
  • Accurate Online Visuals:  Our website's imagery strives to depict our jewelry as accurately as possible, although minor variations may occur due to display differences among computers and devices.
  • Exchanges: For exchanges, simply return your original item and upon acceptance of your return, you may make a new purchase for a different item.
